We're currently hiring Retail Sales Associates to work directly inside retail stores, where you'll engage face-to-face with customers, explain AT&T's wireless plans, and help them choose the solutions that best fit their needs. As a Retail Sales Associate you'll be on-site, interacting with people daily, building relationships, and driving results in a fast-paced retail environment. Retail Sales Associate - You 'll be responsible for: * Engage directly with customers inside retail stores, guiding them through AT&T's wireless plans and consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales targets and company performance benchmarks. * Provide exceptional customer service to guide purchasing decisions. * Actively engage in training and development to enhance sales skills, paving the way for advancement to a management role. * Cultivate and sustain an engaging, clean, and positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. * Collaborate effectively with team members to collectively exceed individual and group objectives. * Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at maximizing daily sales prospects. Retail Sales Associate - You 're expected to possess: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. * Minimum of 2+ years in a sales or customer-facing role. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. * Demonstrated resilience in handling rejection. * Flexibility to work varied schedules. * Reliable transportation is a plus.
