About the Opportunity An established and reputable commercial real estate firm is seeking an experienced Investment Sales Agent to join its growing brokerage team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service, market insight, and investment strategy to a diverse client base of institutional, private, and corporate investors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate investment sales, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage existing relationships, pursue new business, and play a key role in the continued expansion of a highly respected investment sales platform. Key Responsibilities * Originate and execute commercial real estate investment sale transactions across various asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily. * Conduct property valuations, prepare offering memoranda, and manage marketing campaigns to prospective investors. * Source and cultivate client relationships with property owners, investors, and developers to identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with internal research, marketing, and financial analysis teams to produce best-in-class presentations and investment materials. * Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and economic indicators to provide clients with data-driven investment recommendations. * Negotiate transaction terms and assist in all aspects of the sale process from listing to closing. Qualifications * Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred). * 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales, acquisitions, or capital markets. * Proven track record of successfully closing complex investment transactions. * Advanced knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise , CoStar , RCA , and other financial modeling and market research platforms. * Strong financial acumen and ability to underwrite and analyze income-producing assets. * Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Active real estate salesperson or broker license (required or ability to obtain).
