Schedule is Thursday/Friday 4pm to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday 10 am to 3pm. This position is at various retail store locations. Job Summary: * Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. * Identify potential leads for the sales team. * Identify customers needs and preferences through active listening. * Generate leads by initiating conversations and capturing customer information. * Maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere in the store. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Customer service experience * Sales experience preferred * Outgoing and friendly personality * Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving lead generation targets. * Must be able to stand and walk around for the duration of the entire shift.
