As an Insurance Broker, you'll work closely with clients to help them understand their worksite insurance options, provide expert advice across a range of products, and ensure they receive the coverage that best suits their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate individual and group insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions
• Generate new business through outside sales, networking, and referrals
• Deliver exceptional client service by promptly handling inquiries and resolving issues
• Identify growth opportunities through market research and trend analysis
• Support clients with benefits administration, including enrollments and claims assistance
• Use telemarketing and other outreach methods to connect with potential clients What We 're Looking For
• A self-starter with a growth mindset--whether you're looking to level up or start fresh
• Coachable and eager to learn , especially within a mentorship environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling broader client communication

Compensation

: $15,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
