Job Summary: FENIX AUTO GLASS is a fast-growing auto glass company seeking motivated field sales representatives to find and engage potential customers who may need windshield or window replacements -- especially through their insurance. This is a high-energy, field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and closing deals. You'll work in busy public areas like gas stations, car washes, mechanic shops, parking lots, etc. Your main goal is to offer our services, educate the customer, and schedule their installation. This is a commission-only position with excellent earning potential and performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and approach potential customers in person. * Offer windshield and auto glass replacement services covered by insurance. * Explain the benefits and walk customers through the insurance claim process. * Set appointments with our internal team. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. * Maintain a professional appearance and follow company guidelines. * Submit simple daily activity reports. Requirements: * Experience in sales, canvassing, promotions, or door-to-door marketing (preferred). * Strong communication and people skills. * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred). * Fluent in Spanish and/or English (bilingual is a plus). * Basic knowledge of insurance or auto services is a bonus, but not required.
