Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Independent Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling insurance products. You will work independently to market services, engage with clients, and help them navigate their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. * Provide expert guidance on benefits administration and insurance products. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base. * Assist clients with the completion of applications and documentation. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information. * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA compliance is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable. * Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is advantageous. * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
