The Mission Your job is straightforward and highly measurable: create sales opportunities by calling specialty medical practices and booking qualified appointments for a closer. You will be the first voice of TheCyberOS--calm, credible, and operationally focused. TheCyberOS helps specialty medical practices become operationally unstoppable through cyber resilience, compliance structure, and continuity planning--so they can continue caring for patients even during a cyber incident. Outcomes You Own (What "Great" Looks Like) Within 60 days, you consistently: * Book qualifed meeting weekly with the right decision-makers (practice administrator, office manager, physician-owner, COO/CFO where relevant) * Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline attribution * Improve connect rates and show rates via disciplined follow-up * Communicate TheCyberOS value in a way that earns trust in under 30 seconds What You Will Do (Responsibilities) * Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted specialty practices (initially Plastic Surgery and OB-GYN; expand later) * Identify the right contact(s), navigate gatekeepers, and secure calendar time for the closer * Use tested talk tracks, objection handling frameworks, and a simple qualification checklist * Send follow-up emails/texts (as compliant and permitted), confirm meetings, reduce no-shows * Log every touch in CRM (calls, dispositions, notes, next steps) * Work a defined list/cadence daily and provide end-of-day reporting * Continuously refine messaging based on learnings from call recordings and outcomes What You Will Not Do * You will not "close" deals. * You will not provide technical consulting on calls. * You will not request or handle PHI. * You will not use fear tactics or misleading claims. Ideal Candidate Profile (Skills + Traits) You are likely a fit if you: * Have 1-3+ years of outbound appointment setting (healthcare, B2B services, IT, compliance, or MSP experience is a plus) * Sound confident and credible with medical professionals--without being salesy * Can handle rejection and stay consistent without supervision * Are coachable: you implement feedback quickly and measurably * Are process-driven: you like scripts, scorecards, and daily activity targets * Write clean, concise follow-up messages and keep excellent notes * Are ethical and accurate--no exaggeration, no manipulation Tools You 'll Use * Phone, call recording * CRM (HubSpot) * Email + calendar scheduling * Sales enablement assets (one-page readiness scorecard, case studies, proof points) Activity and KPI Expectations (Example Targets) Final targets should match list quality and dialing system, but a strong baseline is: * Dials/day: 40-80 (or equivalent talk time target) * Live conversations/day: 8-20 (depending on list/segment) * Qualified meetings/week: 6-12 (calibrated after first 2 weeks) * Show rate: 70%+ (improved via confirmations) * Data accuracy: 95%+ (clean dispositions/notes) Compensation (Base + Commission on Collected Revenue) You will receive: * A competitive base (scaled to experience and expected weekly hours) * Commission only when revenue is collected from deals that originated from meetings you set and that meet defined qualification standards * Clear attribution rules (e.g., must be in CRM, must attend, must meet ICP criteria, must be properly tagged)Curran Data Technologies
