As a National Accounts Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing, tracking and mapping sales opportunities for our sales and division management team. Responsibilities * You will work on RFQs (requests for quotation), confirm all the details for each RFQ and reach out to customers with questions to ensure they are complete RFQs * You will create KPI (key performance indicators) reports such as sales and margin forecasts and track inventory movement. * Documents new and current procurement programs and tracks along with RFQs * You will also communicate with our national accounts customers and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of our products and services. * You will be the central figure in tracking and reporting successes for the national team to other Shorr departments. Requirements * High School diploma or equivalent required. * At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of RFQs, KPIs, and sales reports preferred. * Experience in the packaging distribution industry is a plus.
