Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and experience in both B2B and high-end sales environments. As a Sales Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in CRM software, inventory management, and customer service to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties * Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building. * Conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Engage with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Upsell products and services to maximize revenue potential. * Manage inventory control and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that drive traffic and conversions. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain organized records of client interactions using CRM software. * Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements as needed to promote products or services. * Post engaging content on social media daily to promote inventory and attract customers. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or high-end sales environments. * Familiarity with automobile sales or dealership experience is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele. * Proficiency in retail math and basic mathematical concepts for accurate transaction processing. * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is advantageous. * Knowledge of sales management principles and practices is preferred.
