Full description of the position
Sales Account Executive Location: Indiana (must reside in-state, territory-based with travel) Work Type: Full-time, On-site/Territory Position Summary We are seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to build and grow a book of business within the financial and banking sector. This role focuses on new business development, territory management, and long-term relationship building with community banks, credit unions, and related financial institutions. The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience, is comfortable owning the full sales cycle, and understands how financial institutions operate, particularly around cash handling, transaction automation, or banking technology solutions. Key Responsibilities * Identify, prospect, and close new business within an assigned Indiana territory * Build and expand a sustainable book of business through outbound sales and relationship management * Generate and manage leads, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools * Conduct sales presentations and solution-based discussions with financial institution stakeholders * Develop tailored solutions based on client operational needs * Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals * Travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed * Meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets Required Qualifications * Proven sales experience in a B2B environment * Experience building and managing a book of business * Familiarity with the financial banking industry, credit unions, or related financial services * Strong lead generation, pipeline management, and closing skills * CRM experience and comfort managing sales activity and reporting * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently within a territory Preferred Qualifications * Experience selling financial technology, banking equipment, automation, or related solutions * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * Experience selling into community banks or credit unions INDW3W3 Global, Inc.
