Account Managers are responsible for: * Managing client relationships for a specified portfolio of properties * Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to to the departments overall growth and sales goals * Actively identifying opportunities to prospect for new business leads and converting those leads into customers * Meeting clients at their properties and conceptualizing property maintenance and/or garden design services * Working with our operations department to ensure timely delivery of services * Communicating with our purchasing department to ensure production of plant material * Visiting work sites as often as needed to direct work and find teachable moments with our crews * Learning and mastering our company-wide software to create work tickets and estimates Our employee benefits are designed for your overall well-being: * Paid time off (vacation days, paid holidays and accrued sick time) * Additional paid time off during our winter shutdown * Use of a company vehicle for commuting purposes * Multiple company parties and events * Bonus pay * Company matching 401k plan * Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical & Dental Insurance * Relevant industry certification reimbursement & training Experience required: * At least 3 years of residential landscape sales * Relevant industry certifications (MCLP, MCH, MAA, AOLCP) are a major plus! * An ability to forge long-lasting client relationships * Experience in managing a high volume of individual accounts * Open communication and problem solving skills * A clean RMV driving record Our passion for the living landscape and serving our clients is what drives us.
