Job Summary

Growing owner operated property management company seeking an experienced Regional Leasing Support Manager for apartment communities in NC and TN! Ideal candidate is a team player with a positive disposition who is conscientious and a good salesperson. Experience with Yardi, and able to navigate fast paced environment is required!

Include: Onboarding and Training: Train all new leasing staff within your regions. This includes software, sales techniques, customer service and ongoing support. Leasing & Marketing: Traveling to properties within your region to lease and assist with renewals when needed. Routinely check all online listings and communication channels for accuracy. Lead Management: Cover new lead backlog remotely and answer call overflow. Rent Readiness: Walk Units while on site to ensure all units are ready for leasing. Overall Property Condition: Regular inspection of buildings, grounds, and vacant units. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors and vendors to complete repairs.

Qualifications

and Skills The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Previous experience with apartment leasing;
• Strong salesmanship skills;
• Ability to work weekends as required;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate, listen and manage prospect/resident relations;
• Ability to multitask;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Valid Driver's License a must. Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
