Business Development Manager Location: Stationed in Bixby, OK but will travel to other clinics (within 1 hour of Bixby) when needed. Position Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth through external partnerships, community outreach, and strategic event planning. This role will focus on building strong referral relationships, increasing brand awareness, and orchestrating marketing events that generate patient volume across all Axis Healthcare locations. Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Development - Build and maintain referral relationships with physician offices, community organizations, gyms, spas, businesses, and other potential partners. - Serve as the external face of Axis Healthcare at networking events, health fairs, and community functions. - Develop referral pipelines and track effectiveness of partnerships. Event Management & Marketing Outreach - Plan, organize, and execute community-based events, educational seminars, and promotional activities. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize visibility and attendance. - Monitor ROI of events and continuously refine outreach strategies. Business Growth Strategy - Identify new partnership opportunities to expand Axis Healthcare's footprint. - Conduct market research to stay ahead of local competition. - Provide regular reports to leadership on referral trends, outreach activities, and growth metrics. Qualifications - Strong background in sales, marketing, or healthcare business development. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills. - Proven ability to plan and execute events. - Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. - Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
