Outside Sales Representative A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) Location: Indianapolis, IN Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM AQFS is expanding our Executive Sales Team and looking for a driven, sales professional who wants to be part of a rapidly growing company with true advancement opportunities. What You'll Do
As a key member of our Executive Sales Team, you will: Develop and execute your own strategic sales plan to drive new business in target industries including healthcare, hospitality, commercial offices, industrial facilities, and education. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies. Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Partner with the operations team to develop estimates and prepare professional proposals. Represent AQFS at networking events, association meetings, and industry gatherings. Take full ownership of hitting monthly and annual growth targets. Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and competitive insights to help keep AQFS a market leader. This role offers autonomy, creativity, and the chance to truly influence the direction and growth of our company.
What You Bring
to the Table 5+ years of sales experience in janitorial or related industries (HVAC, landscaping, paving, building services, etc.) preferred Proven success in closing deals and building high-value relationships Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) Strong sales instincts with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver smart solutions A motivated, self-driven, goal-oriented mindset someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Estimating experience is a plus, but not required Why AQFS?
