Key Responsibilities

• Execute Sales Strategy
• Drive sales growth in your territory
• Prospect, qualify, and convert new leads and maintain CRM
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
• Represent Andau at events and conferences
• Regular travel within a 2-3 hour driving radius of your territory What We 're Looking For
• Sales or customer service experience (any industry)
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, results-driven
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Organized and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Dental/clinical background is a plus, not required What You 'll Gain

Compensation
