Key responsibilities include: * Leading all sales and marketing efforts to achieve and maintain high occupancy * Managing inquiry follow-up, tours, move-in coordination, and CRM documentation * Building strong relationships with prospects, referral partners, and community organizations * Planning and participating in marketing events, outreach activities, and networking opportunities * Collaborating with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure consistent brand representation and high-quality customer experiences * Demonstrating accountability, professionalism, organization, and strong follow-through This role requires a self-motivated, polished, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
