Position Summary

: Sales & Marketing Director The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for driving occupancy through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, tours, relationship- building, and timely outreach to prospective residents and families. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all sales and marketing efforts to achieve and maintain high occupancy
• Managing inquiry follow-up, tours, move-in coordination, and CRM documentation
• Building strong relationships with prospects, referral partners, and community organizations
• Planning and participating in marketing events, outreach activities, and networking opportunities
• Collaborating with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure consistent brand representation and high-quality customer experiences
• Demonstrating accountability, professionalism, organization, and strong follow-through This role requires a self-motivated, polished, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
