Cleveland Cabinets is hiring a Sales + Marketing + Social Media Content Creator Cleveland Cabinets is growing, and we are looking for a creative, people- focused team member who can become a well-known face of our brand online and help more customers discover what we do. This is a hybrid role that mixes content creation, social media management, lead management, and sales. If you are the type of person who likes variety, learns quickly, and enjoys talking to people, this position fits you like a glove. What You Will Do * Create TikToks, Reels, and social media content that shows off our cabinets, remodel projects, showroom, warehouse, and behind the scenes day-to-day activity * Manage all social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community * Use social media accounts to network with contractors, real estate investors, flippers, designers, and other local industry people to build relationships and promote Cleveland Cabinets * Receive inbound leads from social media and other channels, guide them through our sales funnel, to either close the sale or book appointments with our kitchen design team * Take photos and videos of kitchens before, during, and after the remodel and turn them into strong marketing content * Update marketing materials and project updates so our customers always see fresh, accurate info * Be the on-camera and behind-camera personality that gives our brand energy and a real human voice * Answer incoming leads (phone/text/social media) and confidently guide callers toward booking an appointment or visiting the showroom What We 're Looking For * Someone who is comfortable on camera and enjoys making content * Strong communication skills and confidence talking to strangers * A mix of creativity and hustle, able to take raw ideas and turn them into content or conversations * Solid understanding of social media platforms and how to get engagement * A people-person who enjoys helping customers and building relationships * Organized, reliable, and able to follow up with leads without being pushed * Experience with photography, videography, and editing. We will provide the tools and software * No cabinet experience required. We will train you on what you need to know Why This Role Stands Out This is not a desk job.
