Overview We are a solar contracting team partnered with Axia, a direct distributor for Q-Cell panels. Our focus is on high-quality PV-only systems in utility territories where batteries are not required (LADWP, Burbank, etc.). We are expanding our door-to-door team and looking for motivated Appointment Setters who want consistent work, strong leadership, and real income growth. Duties * Knock 80-100 doors per day in assigned neighborhoods * Speak with homeowners about lowering their utility bills with solar * Identify the homeowner's utility provider (LADWP, Burbank, SCE, PG&E, etc.) * Ask simple qualifying questions such as: * Interest level in going solar * Whether their main electrical panel is older or upgraded * Collect homeowner information and schedule follow-up appointments for consultants * Follow training, meet daily/weekly targets, and maintain accurate lead logs Experience * Door-to-door or sales experience preferred * Strong communication and people skills * Comfort with daily physical activity (walking, knocking 100+ doors) * Coachable, positive, and self-motivated * Reliable transportation * Ability to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends * Hourly pay (DOE) * Commission on all closed deals from your appointments * Bonus incentives for top performers Typical commission earning after installation: $800-$1,200+ depending on funding date after installation.
