• First point of contact to interested customers inquiring about our educational programs and services in-person or over the phone. (No cold calling required).
• Will be responsible for knowledge of all our products and services to better serve and assist our customers.
• Responsible for selling all company services, closing deals and processing payments.
• Will be required to meet monthly sales quota, minimum call volumes, and closing ratios.
• Will be responsible for follow-up with leads and return any necessary calls.
• Must have excellent oral communication and best practices in customer services when interacting with our customers.
• Must be comfortable greeting customers, creating rapport, and closing sales.

Requirements

:

• Education: Must have a high school diploma
• Sales Experience: 2 years- REQUIRED
• Spanish: Required
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required. Work Hours : Monday - Thursday| 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Friday|8:30 am - 5:00 pm Pay Rate : Hourly + monthly sales commission and quarterly bonuses. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.04 per hour Experience:
