This role involves providing guidance, support, and resources to clients while fostering a safe and trusting environment. The Counselor will also engage in various activities that promote personal growth and development. Responsibilities * Conduct individual tours of the facilities * Schedule assessments and help clients set goals. * Utilize effective negotiation skills to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts. * Obtain resources, and referrals from clients for additional support and services. * Engage in upselling of programs or services that may benefit clients. * Maintain accurate records of client's current body composition. * Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. * Maintain high standards of customer service. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in fitness industry or a related field. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to do basic math and negotiate effectively in challenging conversations. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, particularly in relation to fitness. * Experience in lead management or outside sales is advantageous but not mandatory. * Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality.
