Job: Territory Manager Company : OHR Rents Location : Cleveland, OH (West) Job Type: Full Time Pay Range : $40,000-$43,000 (Base) + Commissions Reports To : Sales Manager Position Summary Ohio High Reach is seeking a Territory Manager for our Cleveland, Ohio location. We are seeking a sales professional with a proven record of meeting sales goals and generating new sales to grow our current customer base in their assigned territory. Key Responsibilities * Establish new customers through cold calling and personal visits to offices and job sites. * Service existing customers. * Coordinate and communicate with branch personnel throughout the rental process. * Meet or exceed rental and sales budget. * Develop product knowledge of current and new fleet. * Educating customers on equipment capabilities. Job Requirements * Minimum 2 years of sales experience, outside sales preferred. * Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. * Proficient computer skills. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Detail oriented. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize. * Knowledge of and commitment to best safety practices. * Bachelor's degree preferred. Physical Requirements * Ability to visit customer sites, job sites, and equipment yards, including walking on uneven surfaces, gravel, mud, or construction environments. * Ability to operate a motor vehicle in compliance with company and state safety requirements.
