Your Role and Responsibilities: * Work in office to prospect and qualify potential clients through phone, video, and in-person meetings. * Present and promote Rutledge Consulting LLC's services, from leadership coaching and corporate training to AI strategy consulting and keynote speaking. * Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of organizations and individuals. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * Meet and exceed sales targets while continuously developing product knowledge and sales skills.
