Full description of the position
Pay: $45K per year base salary plus bonus potential Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm; Must work daily in the office and business casual attire is required. We're looking for a new addition to the Business Brokers of Arizona team! This person will work as a Sales Assistant to our Owner and Principal Broker. This job is all about working side-by-side with our Principal Broker to help keep him organized. This will include keeping his office organized, recapping deals-in-progress, attending appointments with him, sitting in on meetings, as well as some communication with clients directly. In addition, there is also the creation of marketing materials and business valuation materials mostly via PowerPoint/Google slides and Excel/Google sheets. Our new team member should be personable, service-oriented, adaptable, have great multitasking and organization skills, and be confident in working with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Gmail, and Google Drive. We're really looking for someone who is wanting to serve as a personal assistant with a sprinkle of business/administrative tasks thrown in. Job Tasks: Daily organization of desk Daily meeting to recap priorities Constant monitoring of emails as well as labeling, and filing them to keep inbox organized Keeping both paper and electronic calendars Constant monitoring of email communication Organizing and filing emails within Gmail Attending in person meetings to take notes both in office and at other locations Creating marketing materials via powerpoint for business listings Filing paperwork electronically in Google-Drive Creating excel spreadsheets and other materials for Business Valuations Communicating directly with clients via phone or email or in person Attending office phone calls when necessary Occasionally working with Canva to create marketing materials and/or office materials Need to have: Accommodating, helpful attitude A good Team Player Organizational skills Multitasking skills Strong computer skills Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong communication skills Long-Term commitment Helpful to have: Understanding of accounting/financial principles Arizona Real Estate License (or willing to get one in near future) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In personBusiness Brokers of Arizona
