Job Title: Comfort Advisor Estimated Annual Earnings: $150,000 - $200,000 Location: Valley-wide Position Type: Direct Hire Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Comfort Advisor to provide exceptional customer service while promoting HVAC products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, proven success in lead generation, and a high closing rate. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management.
• Identify and generate new leads via networking, direct sales efforts, and other channels.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Utilize technical sales skills to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage assigned territory efficiently, covering all potential clients.
• Provide ongoing post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.

Requirements

:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in lead generation and territory management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with strong organization and time management.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts.
