Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sales disciplines, including outside sales, B2B sales, and account management. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and territory management, with an emphasis on building lasting relationships with clients. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Answering email and messages that come through on the website. * Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales to potential clients. * Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to clients. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, for effective account management and lead tracking. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and customer outreach. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company. Experience * Proven experience in furniture sales. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is required; experience with Salesforce is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. * Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable. * A background in retail sales or inside sales can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
