About the Role
Xynergy Power is seeking high-caliber W2 Solar Closers who demonstrate strong communication skills, clear logical thinking, and the discipline required to succeed in a competitive solar sales environment. This is a full-time, long-term role with a strong emphasis on:

- Ownership and accountability You will be expected to follow structured sales processes, manage multi-touch follow-ups, and maintain exceptional professionalism with every customer interaction. CompensationBase Pay (W2)
- $20 per hour Weekly
Compensation
- $20 40 hours = $800/week Monthly Base Pay
- $800 4 weeks = $3,200/month Commission (Performance-Based)
- Paid per closed deal
- Commissions release after installation funding is received from the lender
- Actual earnings depend on performance and close rates Total Monthly Earnings Range
- $10,000 - $20,000 per month (base + commissions)
- Top closers may surpass this range
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with leads in a clear, structured, and professional manner
- Present solar concepts using logical explanations and simple breakdowns
- Perform basic calculations (monthly bill, savings, percentages, production estimates)
- Proactively drive the sales process from start to finish
- Maintain disciplined follow-up procedures (callbacks, texts, emails, multi-touch sequences)
- Utilize CRM and communication tools to track leads and documentation accurately
- Demonstrate emotional stability and persistence during high rejection cycles
- Represent the company with consistent professionalism via phone and Zoom
- Follow structured sales processes and continually work to improve close rates
- Ensure accurate documentation and uphold strong customer communication standards Required QualificationsCommunication & Logical Thinking

Requirements
- 6 days per week
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Required availability during key sales hours (calls, follow-ups, meetings)
