This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be speaking with current and former members who already know our brand and value. What You 'll Do * Make 100+ outbound calls per day to current and past members to drive renewals and retention. * Clearly explain membership benefits and identify opportunities to increase member value. * Re-engage lapsed or inactive members through consultative, professional conversations. * Manage a pipeline of follow-ups and renewal activity using our CRM tools. * Handle questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy. * Work with leadership and marketing to improve outreach strategies and messaging. What We 're Looking For * 5+ years of outbound sales, retention, account management, or call-based sales experience. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas or KPIs. * Strong communication skills with a polished, confident phone presence. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by hitting goals. * Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong sense of ownership. * Ability to work in our Spring, TX office four days per week (1 day remote). Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 DOE * Total OTE: $100,000+ (uncapped commission) * Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO * Modern office environment with coaching, collaboration, and a supportive team culture.
