This role is a pivotal position in the company's success by providing accurate and competitive estimates for exterior fenestration and faade projects. Core Responsibilities: * Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to determine scope of work for glass, glazing and faade systems. * Develop detailed and complete takeoffs, including glass types, framing systems, sealants, and hardware. * Obtain accurate material pricing and vendor quotes to compile competitive bids. * Create, maintain, and foster great working relationships with vendors, owners, architects, and general contractors. * Prepare comprehensive estimates that factor in labor, equipment, and overhead costs. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in glass & glazing estimating or related field * Strong understanding of architectural construction principles and exterior fenestration and faade systems. * Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, Glazier Studio). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Meticulous attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
