Responsibilities: * Represent buyers in the purchase of residential real estate properties throughout Anchorage, Eagle River, Wasilla, and Palmer. * Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the home buying process. * Generate and manage leads through online platforms, open houses, and networking. * Coordinate property showings, prepare offers, and negotiate contracts. * Stay current on local market trends, property values, and community developments.
