Job Overview Are you a hard working, tenacious, self motivated individual who loves meeting people and finding solutions to help them maintain their facilities? Stratus Building Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us execute our mission "To equip our Franchise Owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose." Your role will be to sell recurring cleaning services to businesses in the Greater Orlando area. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and grow professionally in a fast-paced and exciting environment. If you are a natural salesperson who loves connecting with people in a business- to-business environment, we encourage you to apply. Commercial real estate or building management connections are a plus. This role has a base salary of $50k per year, a vehicle allowance, and commissions on closed sales. You should expect to make $75k in your first 12 months, $80-90k year 2 and $100 to $110k year 3. You will be trained by the best performing Sales Rep in the industry. Your success will be determined by your talents, the skills you develop and how much effort you put in. About The Candidate * Must be awesome at setting appointments. Opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. * Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, and communicator. * Must be an excellent closer who can overcome objections and turn a maybe into a yes. Must be willing to ask for the sale. * Be able to nurture prospects and build relationships. * Must have a sales-hunting mindset. * Have an inner drive to be the best and to be associated with the best. * Be able to meet and exceed goals * Be able to think on your feet. * Enjoy meeting new people. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
