Key Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Agent, you will handle all aspects of the transaction, from client acquisition to closing:

• Client Representation: Guide home buyers and sellers through transactions.
• Property Marketing: List and market properties using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other platforms.
• Negotiation: Expertly manage offers and counteroffers.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine property value.
• Networking: Build relationships with clients, lenders, and other agents.
• Continuing Education: Stay current on real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• A Valid Real Estate License (or actively in the process of obtaining one).
• 1 year experience preferred but not required.
