Key Responsibilities As a Real Estate Agent, you will handle all aspects of the transaction, from client acquisition to closing: * Client Representation: Guide home buyers and sellers through transactions. * Property Marketing: List and market properties using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other platforms. * Negotiation: Expertly manage offers and counteroffers. * Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine property value. * Networking: Build relationships with clients, lenders, and other agents. * Continuing Education: Stay current on real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.
