Based in Seattle, Washington, we are seeking a reliable Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team. What Makes a Good Fit: Someone that enjoys sales and helping customers find the right products for their needs. Able to learn and reference product guides such as screw charts, DeWalt charts, and part numbers to support accurate recommendations. Excited to make 8 to 10 outbound customer calls each day to maintain relationships and support sales. Clearly explains product features and benefits in a way customers can easily understand. What You 'll Do: * Assist walk in and will call customers, as well as process phone orders * Coordinate order deliveries and ensure accurate pricing and product availability * Maintain a welcoming, customer friendly sales environment * Make outbound sales calls to develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships * Ensure orders are placed correctly, deliveries arrive on time, and all required paperwork is completed * Recommend and sell accessories and tools to support customer needs * Remain flexible and ready to assist in other areas as needed, including helping in the yard, pulling orders, loading trucks, and completing other tasks as assigned What We Offer: * From $24.00 / hour * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays * 401(k) with company match * Performance based bonuses * Career growth and advancement opportunities * Product discounts, including Red Wing Footwear What Makes You a Good Fit: * 1-2 years of construction and/or building materials knowledge, preferably in commercial work * Sales experience * Professional and focused work ethic * Skilled in professional communication across all settings * College education preferred * Computer literacy required for customer orders and CRM entries * Previous forklift experience preferred * Can lift 40 lbs High School Diploma or GED is required.
