Business Account Executive - Clinical Reference Laboratory We are a rapidly growing clinical reference laboratory that provides highcomplexity testing in Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Molecular Diagnostics. We partner with longterm care facilities, medical groups, and healthcare organizations to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable diagnostic services. We are seeking an experienced Business Account Executive to expand our client base, strengthen relationships, and grow our market share. Key Responsibilities * Identify, target, and acquire new healthcare clients (LTC, SNF, medical groups, private practices, and specialty clinics) * Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow assigned territories * Conduct onsite visits, presentations, and service demonstrations * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads * Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention * Provide ongoing education and support to clients regarding lab services and workflows * Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding * Maintain accurate CRM documentation of leads, activities, and account status Required Qualifications * Minimum 3+ years of experience in reference laboratory sales (required) * Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and driving revenue growth * Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and highcomplexity testing * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills * Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize multiple initiatives * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with longterm care facilities or SNFs (strong plus) * Existing network of healthcare decisionmakers in Southern California * Experience with CRM platforms and structured sales processes * Familiarity with molecular diagnostics and highcomplexity testing environments Location: Southern California (Field-Based) Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have any experience as an account executive for a reference laboratory?
