Commercial Roofing Sales ARK Roofing - Tulsa / Broken Arrow, OK $80,000-$250,000+ ARK Roofing is a Commercially Endorsed roofing company based in Broken Arrow, OK. We are hiring an experienced commercial roofing sales professional who can own the entire deal cycle -- from prospecting and inspections to estimating and closing. This is a full-cycle commercial role , including:

• Networking & lead generation
• Roof inspections
• Estimating & proposals
• Closing high-value commercial contracts

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Commercial Roofing Sales experience (required)
• Proven experience inspecting, estimating, and closing commercial roofing projects
• Comfortable working directly with building owners, property managers, and adjusters
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex projects Job

Duties

You will be responsible for the complete commercial sales process: Sales & Prospecting

• Prospecting property managers, building owners, HOAs, investors, and facility managers
• Building long-term B2B relationships
• Generating your own commercial leads and following up on company-provided opportunities Inspections
• Performing on-site commercial roof inspections
• Identifying repair vs. replacement opportunities
• Documenting roof conditions using CompanyCam
• Meeting with adjusters, property managers, and ownership groups on site Estimating
• Taking measurements from reports, plans, and field data
• Building scopes of work and proposals
• Pricing projects accurately for profitability
• Presenting professional bids Closing
• Following up on proposals
• Negotiating and closing high-dollar contracts
• Turning signed contracts into production-ready jobs These are $30,000 to $1,000,000+ projects. What We Provide

Compensation
