To learn more about Taylor Carpet One Floor & Home check [please apply online] What We Offer: * Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 + Bonuses * Uncapped earning potential * Earning potential of $75K to $150K annually * Full Time: 40 hrs./5 day work week (Monday - Saturday) * Must be able to work retail hours which include a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month * Medical & Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Paid Vacation & Sick Time * Simple IRA * Employee discounts on products & services * Monthly & quarterly trainings/staff meetings Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding service to determine customer's flooring & design needs * Build client relationships & consistently follow up with new/existing clients * Keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services available * Schedule appointments to visit customer's homes or workplace to provide product & design advice * Provide flooring sample suggestions, create client proposals/estimates, review space measurements, calculate number of materials needed for projects & perform quality control throughout project * Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability * Manage time between the showroom & prospecting for new business * Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays & common areas neat, current & clean Desired Qualifications & Skills: * Minimum of 2-4 years ' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Outside Sales, or similar role * A valid driver 's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED) * Must be able to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED) * Basic computer, social media & math skills a must * Proper phone etiquette a must * A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations * Ability to work independently under minimal supervision * Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving ability * Strong personal & professional judgment * Ability to adapt & respond quickly to customers' needs and wants * Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority * Ability to achieve sales goals effectively * Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills * Advanced time management skills & detail oriented * Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train) * Knowledge of flooring industry a plus (Willing to train) * Knowledge of RFMS a plus*_(Willing to train)_ How to Apply: * Use the response option in this job board * Attach an up-to-date resume outlining your experience for the position * A cover letter is always appreciated * No emails or phone calls to the showroom * Do not personally deliver resumes to the showroom Qualified candidates will be contacted by e-mail for a phone interview.
