Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Engage in meeting with potential clients to promote products and services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they receive tailored recommendations based on their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. * Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. * Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes. * Demonstrate effective etiquette during all customer interactions. Skills * Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. * Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of customer support principles. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Prior call center experience is an advantage, showcasing familiarity with outbound calling practices. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions swiftly. * Typing skills that ensure efficient data entry without compromising accuracy. * Cash handling experience is preferred, demonstrating reliability in financial transactions.
