Responsibilities * Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale property deals and investor sales, guiding clients through every step of the transaction process. * Negotiate effectively to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining integrity and adherence to Fair Housing regulations. * Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract potential investors and property buyers across multiple channels. * Maintain comprehensive records of transactions, client interactions, and property details using organizational and administrative skills. * Ensure all activities comply with real estate law, licensing requirements, and ethical standards. * Communicate clearly with clients, partners, and internal teams to facilitate smooth negotiations and deal closures. * Stay informed about market trends, property management best practices, and legal updates relevant to wholesale and investor sales. Experience * Valid real estate license with proven experience in wholesale property transactions and investor sales. * Demonstrated success in negotiation, sales, and customer service within the real estate industry. * Strong marketing skills with the ability to develop innovative outreach strategies. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively. * Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and property management practices. * Previous administrative experience in a real estate setting is preferred to manage documentation efficiently. * Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational prowess to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
