Duties * Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline * Conduct personalized vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs while upselling additional products or services * Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability * Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized sales records * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, in person, or online with professionalism and enthusiasm * Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new clients * Maintain a thorough understanding of automobile features, pricing strategies, and retail math to optimize sales performance Qualifications * Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment * Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with outstanding communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus) * Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and automotive sales processes * Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively * Experience in upselling, outbound calling, cold calling, and marketing strategies to generate leads * Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive relationships at every touchpoint * Knowledge of retail math, automotive inventory control, and retail psychology principles * Ability to deliver engaging public speaking presentations that educate and motivate potential buyers Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for cars meets your talent for sales!
