We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and personable Insurance Producer to join our team. The Insurance Producer will handle, sales, customer service and marketing of insurance products for our agency. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. Responsiblities: Build and maintain client relationships in person and via phone or digitally Educate and inform clients on coverage options based on their needs and assist with suitable policy options Finding and pursuing potential clients through various methods, including outbound calls, networking, referrals, and online outreach and marketing Follow up on leads and referrals on a timely basis Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing clients and providing ongoing customer service for policy updates and renewals Stay informed on insurance regulations, trends, and market conditions Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations Goal-oriented and with an ability to work as part of a team and independently Ability to utilize CRM, quoting sofware and email Sales experience is preferred but not required A strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals, coupled with a willingness to work hard Insurance Licenses: P&C License preferred , we will however consider applicants with Personal Lines License as well Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oxford, MA 01540
