Inside Sales Representative - Custom Apparel & Merch

Adcraft is a family-owned and operated custom apparel and merchandise company that's been helping businesses, schools, and organizations nationwide since 1974. We're in the middle of an exciting expansion into a brand-new state-of- the-art headquarters in Clinton, IA, and we're looking for motivated, people- oriented Inside Sales Representatives to help us take our next big leap.

• Be the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs (projects, apparel, budgets, timelines)
• Manage a personal account list and guide clients through projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with account managers, artists, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide excellent communication and service to build repeat business
• Document activities in our CRM to maintain clear, predictable workflows What We 're Looking For
• A positive, outgoing personality -- confident leading client conversations
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, video, in-person)
• Highly organized with project management abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple clients/projects
• Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or other client-facing roles preferred
