Responsibilities * Shadowing/Training - You'll train, role-play and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent. * Lead Generation - You'll take the opportunity to execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset. * Open Houses - Combine your warm and inviting personality with our proven support to hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings. * Communication - Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments. * Script Training - You'll join in weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills. * Teamwork - You'll participate in exciting team activities that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging. * Coaching/Training - To support your growth, we offer weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging trainings, and Partner Calls where you can share your insights and learn from others. * Consultation - Using proven systems and technology, you'll work directly with our buyers to guide them through the home buying process with expert care and confidence. * Home Selection - You'll identify homes that meet your clients' needs, and secure signed buyer agreements, securing them find their perfect place to call home. * Negotiation - leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients goals. * Done For You - take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer's Agent to close a transaction. * Technology - benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure you're consistently meeting your and your family's goals all while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients. Qualifications To be an amazing fit, YOU will want to be an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a heart for the military community. You are excellent at building rapport , listening to the needs of others andidentifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. * Real estate licensing classes completed * Able to commit 30-hours per week to their real estate business * An ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with military families * A people orientation (derive energy from being around people) * Positive, happy attitude * Experience excelling in sales positions * Ambitious with proven ability to succeed * Ability to spend significant time driving in their vehicle * Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes * Learning based mindset * High school graduate About-our-team At Homefront United Realty Group with KW, we primarily serve military clients here on the "homefront."
