Full description of the position
Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading and directing the Private Label Sales organization of AXEL Americas and AXEL Royal, as well as managing specific key accounts. This position will optimize the Gross Margin generated through marketing of the Company's Products and Services using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the solutions to their needs. In addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services. Duties/Responsibilities: * Develops the sales budgets, forecasts and sets performance goals accordingly for private label sales department. * Maintains, establishes, and grows existing and potential customer relationships, including senior level negotiations. * Research customer needs and develop application of products and services in an effective manner. * Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives. * Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends and technical developments that affect key target markets. * Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner. * Meet established sales quotas, revenue and gross margin goals. * Maintain and perform regular updates spreadsheets and various reports including the Corporate opportunities list. * Coordinates between sales department and other departments including the Technical Department and Plant operations. * Develops and manages sales operating and travel budgets. * Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. * Supports the quality policy and ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
