Earnings and Career Growth: * Once promoted to a Sales Team, you earn a higher hourly pay plus 100% uncapped commission. * Top Performers: $80k+/year * Average Annual Earnings: $55k+/year * Average Monthly Commission: $1500-$3000 Benefits: * Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Integrity Energy covers 75% of employee premiums and 50% for dependents) after 90 days. * 401(k) Plan: 50% match up to 8% of contributions, eligibility after 90 days. * Paid Time Off: Available after 1 year, along with paid holidays. * Ongoing Support: Continuous mentorship from experienced sales managers.
