Andy Mohr Buick GMC is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive BDC Representative. The qualifying candidate must be analytically oriented, demonstrate an interest and understanding of the automotive industry, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, organized, self-motivated, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization. Schedule: 40-45 hour work week. Monday to Friday. Must work 1-2 Saturdays per month LOCATION: Fishers, IN 46038 Specifically, as an Automotive BDC Representative, you must:

• Have outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills
• CRM software experience a plus
• Make 80-100 phone calls per day
• Make 8-10 appointments per day
• Customer service skills

Qualifications

:

• 2-3 years of SALES , Call Center, telemarketing, retail and/or buying experience.
• Training provided on this element of the business for the right candidate.

Compensation

:

• Hourly wage + commission
• Total Average
