Overview

: Volvo Cars Red Bank is expanding, and we eagerly anticipate the addition of a sales consultant to our team. As a Volvo Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients seeking high-end automotive solutions. Your role will involve understanding client needs, showcasing our luxury vehicle offerings, and facilitating the sales process to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. Please have a minimum of 1 year luxury automotive sales experience to be considered. Previous Volvo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their automotive preferences and needs.
• Showcase our luxury vehicle inventory, highlighting key features, performance capabilities, and customization options.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations to showcase the luxury driving experience.
• Assist clients in selecting the right vehicle to match their preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a mutually beneficial sales agreement for both the client and the company.
• Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate smooth and timely transactions, including financing and leasing options.
• Follow up with client's post-sale to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

:

• Minimum of 1 year of prior luxury car sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of luxury automotive brands, models, features, and market trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (Closed Sundays), to accommodate client schedules.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
