We are a National Real Estate Company in need of a bi-lingual, experienced and ambitions Leasing Consultant for our premier apartment community in Fort Wayne, IN. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales (preferably in the real estate sector) and will be motivated by the opportunity to work for salary plus commission. We offer a competitive salary, generous benefit package and a luxurious work environment. * Experience in the apartment industry preferred, but will consider candidates with sales or customer service experience who are interested in an exciting new career opportunity. * Responsible for leasing apartments, marketing the property and maintaining positive resident relations. * Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times. * Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and value customer service. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. * 40 hour work week with weekend shifts required. Competitive hourly rate + commissions on both new leases and renewals.
