Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Educate customers on the features and benefits of products - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a technology or wireless sales environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate in English - Multilingual skills are a plus - Proficient in technology sales and knowledgeable about the latest trends and products - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math purposes We offer competitive pay, high commission potential and incentive opportunities.
