Hand And Stone - Massage & Facial Spa, Carmel and Noblesville, IN Successful upscale spa seeking a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Sales Manager to join our talented team and growing spas in Carmel and Noblesville, IN. This position is sales oriented and requires experience in and a passion for sales. Strong growth opportunity with our company, as this position could develop into management of multiple locations in the Indy market. This is a full time sales position with commissions and bonuses. The ideal candidate for this job will possess strong communication, sales and organizational skills. Our Leadership Team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a team-oriented environment. The Assistant Sales Manager is vital in helping achieve this goal, as they will motivate and organize our team of over 50 employees to achieve sales goals.
