P/T Account Manager - Responsible for maintaining daily communication with client base of community financial institutions. Topics include: * Product/Service Utilization * Product Demonstrations * Market Analysis * Industry Trends * Marketing Support & Assistance Account Manager should have education and background in marketing and/or communications, excellent communication skills (written and oral), comfortable using programs such as Constant Contact, Excel, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Teams (Video Conference Calls), Photoshop and more. Account Manager is responsible for providing existing clients with useful and relevant information to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for our clients. Activities include report preparation of services utilized, local market competition, peer analysis, and product training. Ideal applicants will have: * degree in Marketing and/or Communications * 50% daily activity on phone and or Teams Video Conference Calls with one or multiple existing clients * outgoing, confident personality * professional and courteous demeanor * conscientious and get it done work ethic * comfortable in open workspace environment * attention to detail.
